I am a chef by trade, a hotelier by choice, and a creator of guest experiences at heart. Having built my career working in 10 countries across 3 different continents, my professional journey has been defined by a single obsession: bridging elite international hospitality with genuine, community-focused service.
As the CEO and Founder of RJ Lotus LLC, my culinary and hospitality vision is deeply personal. Raised in India, my upbringing instilled in me a profound respect for rich culinary traditions, diverse cultural heritage, and the true meaning of hospitality. For the past 25 years, my life and work have been shared with Elizabeth, my wife of 25 years. Her vibrant Mexican background, combined with my own Indian roots and our extensive global journey, forms the cross-cultural DNA of our business.
This unique fusion directly inspires our strict “paddock-to-plate” philosophy. I design extensive, tailored menus that emphasize celebrating our heritage while using the absolute best seasonal ingredients our local surroundings provide.
Directed high-volume Food & Beverage operations and elite kitchen layouts for Starwood’s Luxury Collection, Westin, InterContinental, Nikko Hotels, and Hyatt across Asia, Latin America, and worldwide.
Transitioned into a dynamic owner-operator, acquiring and revitalizing regional hotels, motels, and resorts. By instilling strict commercial discipline and a relentless revenue culture, I have consistently driven massive business turnarounds, boosting net operating incomes by up to 400%.
We provide a sanctuary where modern comfort meets timeless tranquility. Every stay is crafted to act as a restorative retreat from the outside world.
